I found the location quite convenient. It was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The variety of food offered was amazing, and i liked sampling local dishes. i appreciated the service i received from the front desk staff. They were always ready to help with any questions i had. the room was clean. It was noticeably more so than other places i have stayed in southeast asia.

the breakfast included a wide variety of options for everyone. Customer service was efficient at all levels. Anh and thu were particularly helpful.. they assisted me throughout my stay. the location is also superb, near many food options and within walking distance of the imperial city.
i noticed a very slight problem. the shower was in the bathtub.

The breakfast had a very large selection of food. I used the indoor pool and found it good (it was a nice area).
The hotel advertises a kids club, but this is not accurate. I found this misleading, as I was traveling with my daughter and relied on that amenity.

The room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the rooftop pool. It was close to my room. i seemed to have accidentally booked a superior hotel compared to my group, and i was very lucky about that. the hotel was lovely overall.
the in-room spa did not function, disappointing.
